Legal & Finance Trustworthiness.
Seyran has acted on our behalf through power of attorney to expedite legal requirements for foreigners buying property in the Turkish Housing Market. Seyran helped us set up Garanti (English speaking staff) bank accounts for transfers, direct debits and savings. Yusuf guided through governmental security requirements. Apple has transferred money back to UK as requested without any hitch after selling our investment property.
Support.
Yusuf & Seyran have helped with transport, purchase of quality furniture, fixing and fittings. Apple will organize house and contents insurance. This shows that Apple provides excellent after sales support which would be hard to equal in the area.
Problems.
Yusuf provides help and support as and when it is required. Seyran and Yusuf are always contactable. Mostly problems are resolved within a reasonable length of time. Property Management. Apple have arranged for a management company to look after our property. The company maintains the garden, pool and takes care of security whilst we are out of the country. The service also provides cleaning and makes sure guests have clean linen whilst they are staying in the villa.
Communications.
Apple office staff, speak English. E-mails are answered promptly regarding any queries you may have. They will ring you in the UK should it be necessary. Documentation is translated from Turkish to English. Apple has guided us all the way through the process of buying a property abroad and we looked forward to their guidance in the future."

We put our house up for sale just before we left with a view to use our equity to purchase in Fethiye, Turkey, and move in to rented in England. Kerry and Yusuf met us at the airport. Kerry is English and is the perfect contact in a foreign land with all the knowledge of a British woman's perspective. Yusuf is a sworn translator and has all the legality knowledge of Turkish laws and regulations. Together they patiently showed us a range of available property for sale within our budget, on the third day we found our dream which was still under construction, we met with Ahmed Gursu the builder of our chosen sight and he invited us to view some of his finished work nearby. His pride and high standards of building gave us the confidence to set the ball rolling to buy outright our dream home, a 3 bedroom apartment sharing a swimming pool, for £35,000. The next day was spent following Yusuf through formalities and legalities, we gave him complete trust and power of attorney and everything was done within the day, we must say this service was invaluable. A simple contract was drawn up on one page setting out the payment dates and amounts and the completion, including the necessary bank accounts to arrange such. We have just been out [July 04] and furnished our apartment which is almost finished. This is where Seyran took us shopping from cutlery to air conditioning, again this free service is absolutely invaluable. When we return everything will be in, and installed in our finished apartment including, washing machine, curtains, light fittings, air conditioning, furniture and beds, again this is all part of the excellent service by the Apple Estates team, well worth it at 3% commission. Best of all our apartment is worth £45,000 already, but you will have to find your own, because we love it too much to sell. "
